Friday night dinners are still a thing after more than four years. If you followed me for some time, you’ll know the “what” and “why” of these events. If not, find out here.

During Covid, these times together have been so special. It’s the only place we see people and interact — we’re each others bubble. (yes we are under 10) My grands can play with each other in a time when they can’t meet their friends at school.
My tribe has expanded so more food is needed. This picture is from a few weeks back where I made three casseroles in order for everyone to have enough and there to be a bit leftover for next week’s lunches. Of course one dish is vegetarian. We have all kinds. 🙂
I grumble about that work sometimes, but I hope my daughter forgets about that after I’m gone! Our latest thing is playing games together on our phones while we all sit next to each other. So much fun. Three of our favorites are Among Us, Pocket Frogs, and Pokemon.
We are busy playing these games, and possibly a board game or two, while stuffing our faces and giving thanks. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.
