On this week of Thanksgiving Day here in the United States, let’s take a moment to discuss . . . Halloween.
Yes, I’m late. But I have a story. On Halloween this year I was walking fuzz butt at about 5pm on Halloween. Who knew such things are happening in cemeteries.
Yes, I walk Buddy in a nearby cemetery that is filled with huge Oak trees and plenty of squirrels to chase. (Buddy, not me.)
In this particular cemetery, on this particular Halloween, there were a group of about nine young adults, some with white sheets over their heads hiding behind gravestones, some behind cameras, others laughing and pointing. There was a middle-aged couple sitting on a blanket amongst the graves with picnic basket and wine glasses hoisted. They were maybe six other groups meeting up in various plots. A VERY active place.
I never knew.
Here’s a picture of Buddy, looking fairly spooky with his glowing eyes. What’s with those big ears? Have a great day,
— Namaste
