Inktober

NOT by me.

Are you taking the Inktober challenge?? As the website explains, “Jake Parker created Inktober in 2009 as a challenge to improve his inking skills and develop positive drawing habits. It has since grown into a worldwide endeavor with thousands of artists taking on the challenge every year.”

I have always wanted to be able to draw well. So last year, I participated in Inktober as a way to practice. If I wouldn’t have moved since then, I’d share my work. (I can’t find it.)

I do have some ink I love. About nine months ago, I got this new tattoo. I love that it is a little cockeyed; it’s just black ink; and it’s visible with everything I do.

So whatever ink you are into this October, make it something you’ll love.
